I got this for my vz2008. Fits perfectly. Received order in 4 days. Looks good. It is heavier than I expected. That's the only slight negative I could see. Will order again from CNC.

Excellent product, and even better customer service. I ordered the comp for a VZ2008, but it turns out my VZ didn't have the oversized threads. No problem for CNC, they sent me a return label and sent me the other comp, no charge for all the extra shipping! Will definitely buy from you guys again. Thanks!

I ordered this for a CAI VZ2008. There is not much out there that takes a M14x1RH thread except on this site. Read the reviews and decided on this one. Fit a finish was excellent. I took the slant brake my VZ2008 came with off and installed the CNC brake with no problems. I have 300 rounds through it and it performs better and looks better than the slant brake.

I finally ordered from CNCW after hearing great reviews on the czfirarms.us forums. Also, CNC had the best price for this slovak army style brake. I forgot to include a note on my order that my rifle was a VZ2008, and had to send back the product for an exchange. I ordered this Compensator for my Century VZ-58/2008 as i saw how happy everyone was... I mentioned that was for a century like it mentions, i recieved it in 4 days from when i ordered it and it fits Perfectly... When gets a bit warmer then the teens here in TX im gonna go try it... I'll be ordering again soon, Exc service....

This is an excellently machined and finished part that imparts a SIGNIFICANT reduction in felt recoil. I use this comp on a VZ 2008, and will be ordering a second for my other VZ2008; it's simply that much of a difference. Feels like firing an AR-15 but with 7.62x39 punch. A MUST HAVE.

I am not a review writer but this is one that warrants a review. I just bought a VZ 58 or a 2008 whatever you want to call it. The one with the folding paratrooper stock. After the first few rounds it was clear that something needed to be done about the recoil and my cheek. After some research I found most people were replacing the stock but I liked the looks of the folder and wanted to keep it. I then found this compensator and gave it a try. O My what a difference it made. Do not be afraid to try this because it will take the bite right out of this gun.

The slant brake that comes with the CAI VZ 2008 is essentially useless. The gun really kicked, and the smaller metal pad of the folding stock didn't help. Enter the knurled compensator by CNC. This took a LOT of kick out of gun. The recoil reduction has allowed this gun to become my new favorite. Not only does it function, but it wasn't terribly expensive. Best 30 dollar upgrade that actually works! Good price, and fast shipping. If you are on the fence, just order it, you won't be disappointed.
