Annular cutter does not cut at exactly 0.6"

This tool can be used to reduce a barrel OD (outside diameter) within close proximity to the size needed for M15 threads. The barrel OD can start out no larger than 1.000 for this to work properly. Extreme caution must be observed and we recommend only experienced machinists perform this operation. The cutter should be ran at slow RPMs (around 200), lubricated constantly, and a pilot used to keep it centered on the barrel properly. A pilot and drill chuck shank adapter are included in this kit. Make your choice of pilot in the drop down box. CNC Warrior expressly denies any liability for results that may occur from the proper, or improper, use of this tool. If you are unsure about using it, please do not order.

But if you need to cut a muzzle down to size before threading, and you don't have a lathe, this tool provides you with one of the most economical and practical means available for the job.

I used this to cut down the OD of the barrel on my Mosin. I've never used one before, but this is not difficult. I chucked it in my cordless drill and went slow with plenty of oil.
This thing cuts like a hot knife through butter!
