This gas tube assembly provides a lightweight, cool running platform for your forward mount AK optics.
It can be mounted in one of two different ways.
1) bolt-on --- a little more robust but requires removal of gas tube lever
2) clamp-on design --- no gunsmithing required
Either type weighs less than 4oz. for entire assembly
Does not contact gun barrel and has maximum ambient exposure for optimal heat dissipation
Partial free float on gas block (same as traditional AK design) for reliable accuracy
416 heat treated and black oxide stainless steel clamps
All stainless and black hardcoated aluminum design
