The wrench flats assist tightening to a crush washer or jam nut. The rear of the device is trepanned for weight reduction, while the larger outer diameter provides a better look on the gun. Slitted outer surface provides a multitude of retaining spring locations and maximizes the surface area of the body for optimal heat dissipation.
