These are rear loading 75 round Drum magazines for AK47.
They are known for fast and easy rear loading as well as very reliable feeding.
They can be stored fully loaded with no pressure on the springs. Then, just before shooting, you wind up the spring tension and attach the drum into your gun.

Works great with M92 pistols and carbines although it usually cannot be fitted with buttstock in folded position.
