This PKM Short flash hider is perfect. It's very effective at what it does, and adds almost no length to the muzzle. I would say it slightly tames recoil as well, and without the loud concussion and side blast. But it definitely significantly reduces flash. That's the main thing. For the low cost and high performance flash hider this is I would recommend it every time. Ordering another for my underfolder when they are back in stock.

I just received and installed the PKM brake for my Definitive Arms converted 7.62x39 Saiga.
The detent holes are great - I appreciate not needing a crush washer and the multiple holes at different angles allow some choice for the exit angles on the ports. The short brake is plenty long for my application; fully threaded on it is about half way between 2 detent holes.
The overall quality is great, but I'm pretty sure it is just blued - not parkerized or coated. Regardless, the finish matches my black parkered Saiga quite well. It is not much longer than the old Red Jacket slant brake I had, and the weight seems about the same.

Muzzle device for Yugo M59/66A1

Upon receiving my PKM Short brake. I installed it on my yugo sks(M14-RH Twist). I was impressed with the difference in muzzle rise and flash dispersant. Their is still about 1/2 inch of exposed threads but I don't mind. I fired about 20 rounds without it and then 20 with it. It also makes the SKS look badass....so yeah. Very good product. I WILL be buying more from CNCWarrior.

I bought the CNC Warrior PKM short flash hider for my Echo-1 PKM. Obviously, being an airsoft machine gun, muzzle flash isn't a problem, nor is muzzle climb...But I like the look of the short muzzle brake, and I love the fact that CNC Warrior's is made in the USA. Machining is perfect, finish is perfect, and it fits on my Echo-1 PKM perfectly. I recommend this flash hider to anyone!
